The Scan and File Module
The Scan and File Module is the primary method of converting paper documents to digital Documents for use in the Digital Office Pro system.    Paper documents are scanned and either stored directly in the file room or sent to other users for review and filing by a delivery e-mail.
The Module also provides an interface for entering document data into existing Documents and saving the Document into the File Room.

Ordinarily, in a Multiple User configuration of Digital Office Pro, a scanner will be attached to only the computer of the chosen scan operator.  However, it is possible to have more than one scanner installed on the system.  In that event, a scan interface will be enabled for any computer to which a scanner is attached.
