The Tools Module   The Tools Module contains useful tools for the management and manipulation of Documents and Folders in the File Room.  Available Tools include:   Scrub Data Tool Removes all Document Data from selected Documents.   Batch Process Tool Combines or “merges” Documents, prints multiple Documents and numbers Documents as a Digital Bates Stamper.   Create Folder Tool Automates the process of creating folders and subfolders within File Room.   Paper Tracker Tool Provides access to information about the location of stored paper documents that were scanned to create digital Documents.
